Obituary of Charles Tamaska

Charles C. Tamaska, age 97, of Westover, went to be with the Lord on December 26, 2021. Charles was born in Morgantown, WV on March 29, 1924, a son of the late Adam and Julia Tamaska.
Charles proudly served his country in the US Navy during WWII on the USS Missouri. After his honorable discharge from the military, Charles worked for the Department of Energy for many years.
Charles is survived by his loving wife of 71 years, Garnetta Joy Tamaska; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his son, Bobby Tamaska; and by several siblings.
Friends may gather at McCulla Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 from 4-8pm and again on Thursday from 10am until the 11am funeral service. Burial will follow at East Oak Grove Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.McCulla.com
