Patricia Ann Wolfe, age 83 of Morgantown passed away on Monday, December 6, 2021 at her home following a long list of health issues. Patricia was born May 2, 1938 in Daisytown, PA a daughter of the late Sally Sholock. Pat is survived by her husband, Rex Wolfe of Morgantown and six cousins, Frances Carpenter of Vienna, VA, Joseph Hensel, Johnstown, PA, Mary Lou Ours, Culpeper, VA, Carol Reep of Mauldin, SC, Alice Marie Cormier of Lafayette, LA and Andrew Hensel, Altoona, PA. Pat was a generous friend and neighbor. She was a graduate of Redstone High School and a member of St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church. Pat had 33 years of Federal Government service with the longest time employed locally at NIOSH. In her earlier years Pat enjoyed gardening and talking to her neighbors. Throughout her life, she enjoyed having cats and presently she will be missed by Rosie, Amos, and Sammie. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make a donation to the Preston County Animal Shelter, 278 Poor Farm Road, Kingwood, WV 26537. Due to COVID, private family services are being held and limited to family and invited guests with entombment in St. Mary’s Peace Mausoleum.
