Obituary of Frank Junior Hamilton

Frank Junior Hamilton, 65, of Star City, passed away at Ruby Memorial Hospital with his family by his side on Friday, May 29, 2015. Frank was born in Uniontown, PA on April 5, 1950 to the late Harold Junior Hamilton and Phoebe Gabeletto Hamilton of Morgantown.
Frank was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He worked as a block and brick mason and contractor and made glass paperweights at Gentile Glass. He also served his community as a volunteer firefighter. In his later years, Frank spent time at the Firehouse Flea Market in Osage every Sunday and loved a good auction. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
Frank leaves behind his loving wife Betty J. Savage Hamilton; sons David Camdon Hamilton and his wife Kim of Fairmont and Matthew Roy Hamilton and his wife Cassandra of Morgantown; grandchildren Katelynne Hamilton, Kelsey Hamilton, David Hamilton, Logan Hamilton, and Brady Darway; his grandmother, Gertrude Gentile of Morgantown; sisters Diane Sanders of Osage, Trudy Goff and her husband Larry of Morgantown, Linda Paxos and her husband Nick, Barbara Barshney, and Janie Tsilimos; all of Ohio; brothers William “Bill” Hamilton and his wife Bobbi of Star City, James “Bo” Hamilton of South Carolina, John Hamilton and his wife Denise of Morgantown, and Larry Grimm of Ohio; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In addition to his father, Frank was preceded in death by his grandfathers Ralph G. Gabeletto and John Gentile; and his sister Mary Ann Smith.
The family invites friends to gather at McCulla Funeral Home on Monday, June 1st from 6-9 pm and on Tuesday from 10 am until the 11 am funeral service with Pastor Adam Stuck officiating. Burial will follow at Beverly Hills Cemetery. Online condolences may be extended to the family at www.mcculla.com.
