Christy Lynn Brooks, age 52 of Morgantown passed away Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at Mon Medical Center. She was born January 4, 1969 in Morgantown a daughter of the late Damon Gale Nuce and Donna Marie Shahan Nuce. Christy was employed as a realtor, was passionate about her work, and was a true social butterfly. Her life revolved around her children and their activities in dance, football, and wrestling. She could always be found with a huge smile and a diet coke in her hand. Christy is survived by her daughter, Zoe Elizabeth Brooks and son Zachary Hunter Brooks, her sister, Pam Moore of Morgantown, many nieces and nephews, and best friend Eve Ward of Morgantown. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Christy’s memory to the a trust fund set up to benefit her children, by making a check payable to: Christy L Brooks Living Trust c/o Natalie Sal, 11 Commerce Dr. Suite 103, Westover, WV 26501.
