Cathleen Rae Wolfe, age 69 of Westover passed away Tuesday, May 4, 2021 in Monongalia Medical Center. She was born December 26, 1951, a daughter of the late Charles Ray Summers and Joanne Gaschler Summers. Cathy had been employed as a seamstress at Fan’s Choice and also as a private care nurse. She was also a member of Alpha Iota Master Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi. Cathy enjoyed sewing but her greatest love was being a grandmother. Cathy is survived by her husband of 52 years, Kenzy Colbert Wolfe Jr., one daughter, Sheryl Saunders and spouse Eric of Morgantown, two sons, Danny Wolfe and wife Tammie of Morgantown and Robert Wolfe and fiancée Ginny Thomas of Westover, one sister, Suzy Summers of Westover, and three grandchildren, Eric, Isaac, and Emily Saunders. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Cathy’s memory to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. Friends may call at the McCulla Funeral Home, 770 Fairmont Road, Westover from 5-8 pm Thursday and on Friday from 10:00 am until the 11:00 am funeral service with Pastor Doug Strother officiating.
