Elmer Harold Rich, 95, of Westover passed away at his home on Saturday, June 20, 2015. Elmer was born in Morgantown on December 15, 1919 to the late Harry Harold Rich and Eunice Titus Rich. Elmer worked for Monongahela Railroad and was a car repairman for over forty years. Elmer was also very well known for his talent of playing the fiddle and enjoyed travelling to play. Elmer attended Lynch Chapel Methodist Church. Elmer is survived by his son Clifford Miller Rich of Westover; and one sister Mary Rich Toothman. In addition to his parents, Elmer was preceded in death by his wife, Sylvia Miller Rich; two sisters Neva Titus Dodrill and Francis Rich Trickett; and two brothers David Rensel Rich and Harry Junior Rich. Friends are invited to gather at McCulla Funeral Home on Monday, June 22 from 3-5 & 7-9 pm and on Tuesday from 10 until the 11 am funeral service with Pastor Tammy Phillips officiating.
