Obituary of Leslie L. Daniel

Leslie L. Boyles Daniel passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 20, 2021, at the age of 61, after a lengthy illness. She was the daughter of the late Donald Edward Boyles and Barbara Sue Sampson Boyles, and her second mother, the late Mabel Gough Boyles, all from the Knottsville community.
A native of Grafton, WV, Leslie graduated from Grafton High School in 1977, and then graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in nursing. She most recently worked at the Taylor Health Care Center.
Leslie enjoyed spending time with family, watching all WVU Mountaineer sporting events, and celebrating class reunions with the 1977 Grafton Bearcats.
Leslie is survived by her husband, Greg Daniel; two sons Gregg Johnson and Colby Moore; and granddaughter Kelsey Johnson; three brothers, Mark Boyles and his wife, Jill; Craig Boyles and his wife, Jody; Chris Boyles and his wife, Lisa; and one sister, Kathy Loughry and her husband, Darrell (Rocky); as well as several nieces and nephews.
We want to extend a heartfelt “Thank You” to the men and women at the Taylor Health Care Center, you were her second family! You were there for her every moment we could not be by her side. She loved all of you!
Following Leslie’s wishes, she will be cremated. A celebration of life will be had at a future date.
