Obituary of Tammy Lynn Morton

Tammy Lynn Rose Morton, age 57, of River Road, Morgantown passed away Thursday, March 18, 2021 at Mon Health Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. Tammy was born November 3, 1963 in Morgantown, a daughter of the late Frank Rose and Louise Springer Rose. Tammy was a homemaker and a good Christian woman. She loved her family, her family loved her, and she will be deeply missed. Tammy is survived by her husband Willis E. Morton II, one daughter, Amber Holder of Morgantown, one son Jeremy Rose of Morgantown, one sister Tracy Rose, and grandchildren, Caden and Aurora Rose. Tammy is also survived by Barb Beatty of Rivesville, who she considered a second mother and dear friend, and also Sheila Wix of Fairmont, who she thought of as a sister. In addition to her parents, Tammy was preceded in death by her grandparents, Connie and Pete Springer. Friends may call at the McCulla Funeral Home, 770 Fairmont Road, Morgantown from 2-8 pm Monday and on Tuesday from 10:00 am until the 11:00 am funeral service with Bishop Bill Page officiating. Burial will follow at Beverly Hills Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.McCulla.com. Due to COVID 19 guidelines, masks are required, social distancing practiced and limit your time in the funeral home to fifteen minutes.
