Reva Blanche Knight McHenry, age 97, went home to be with her Lord on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at UHC. Reva was born in Monte, WV on March 7, 1923, a daughter of the late Oakey Burton and Jane Ellison Knight. Reva resided in Farmington, WV with her special granddaughter and beloved “Punkin”, Lacey and Sebastian Pitek, with whom she shared a home with for the last 6 years. Reva was a proud and loving matriarch, who was happiest when surrounded by her family. She was always quick with a joke, her playful sense of humor and resilient attitude made everyone who met her instantly love her. She also enjoyed bird-watching. Reva was a proud life-long West Virginian. She enjoyed cheering on her beloved Mountaineers as well as the Pittsburgh Steelers. Reva is survived by her daughters, Wilma Jane Wade of Core, WV, Pandora May Luckey of Rivesville, WV, Bonnie Joyce McCorkle of Fairmont, WV, and Beverly Joy Pitek of Farmington, WV; sons, Stanley Warnick of Madison, GA and Isaac McHenry, Jr. of Grant Town, WV; and several loving grandchildren and great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Reva was preceded in death by her husband, Isaac Monroe McHenry, Sr.; sisters, Ruby Gillispie and Ruth Barnes; and brother, Ralph Bosley.
