Dorothy Jean Cutlip, age 86, of Westover, passed away Sunday, August 23, 2020, at Evergreen Assisted Living. Dorothy was born in Core, WV on March 27, 1934, a daughter of the late Earl and Bessie Hawkins Neely. Dorothy loved planting and growing different plants and flowers; but her great enjoyment came from being with her family. She was Protestant by faith. Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Sherrie Lynn Burress (David) of NC; sons, Brian Keith Cutlip (Louan) of Morgantown and David Earl Cutlip (Michelle) of Morgantown; sisters, Norma Neely of Core, WV and Ruth Cramer of Cincinnati, OH; brother, Wayne Neely of Morgantown; grandchildren, Lauren, Sara, Scott, Tabitha, Travis, and Jessica; and great grandchildren, Paige, Logan, Brody, and Emily. In addition to her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Derris Ford Cutlip; sisters, Naomi Moore and Elizabeth Speicher; and brother, Lynn Neely. A graveside service will be held at Beverly Hills Cemetery on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at 11 am with Pastor Kevin Cain officiating.
