Michael Stephen Riffon age 69, of Morgantown passed away, Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at his home. Michael was born May 30, 1951 in Morgantown a son of the late Stephen Riffon and Sarah Lambert Riffon. Michael was employed as an automobile mechanic and he attended the Pierpont Church of the Nazarene. Michael was a true family man who loved spending time with his grandchildren and going on walks. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who was loved by many and will be deeply missed. Michael is survived by his wife, Glenna Jean Host Riffon, one daughter, Jamie (Eric) Reese of Bruceton Mills, one son Stephen (Rhonda) Sims of Arthurdale, one step-son, Wayne Adams of Morgantown, four sisters, Sue Kenney, Monica Belcher, Cathy Meighen, and Marie Tonnessen, five brothers, Stephen Riffon, Mark Riffon, Matthew Riffon, Thomas Riffon, Gregory Riffon and Gary Shaw, and five grandchildren, Alex Adams, Kaitlyn Reese, Anna Reese, Elaina Reese, and Aaron Sims. Friends may call at the Pierpont Church of the Nazarene on Thursday from 4-7 pm and on Friday from 10:00 am until the 11:00 am funeral service with Rev. Raynard Martin officiating. Due to COVID-19, CDC regulations will be followed and a mask must be worn. McCulla Funeral Home will provide cremation services following the funeral and online condolences may be sent to the family at www.McCulla.com.
