Albert Eugene “Gene” Fiorini Jr., 54, of Morgantown passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2015. Gene was born in Morgantown on February 4, 1961 to Carolyn Sue Bolyard Fiorini of Westover and the late Albert E. Fiorini Sr. Gene graduated from University High School and worked as a truck driver for the WV Department of Highways. When he wasn’t working, Gene could be found relaxing outdoors: fishing, hunting, or riding his Harley. He also enjoyed dirt bike racing and drag racing. In addition to his mother, Gene leaves behind two daughters Gina Lynn Fiorini and Alexandra Lea Fiorini; one son Nickolas Anthony Fiorini; his former wife and mother of his children, Tommi Lynn Fiorini; and two sisters Debby Fiorini DeFelice and Chanda Fiorini; a niece Kayla Thomas; nephews Marty DeFelice and Josh DeFelice; and great-nieces Mia DeFelice and Ava DeFelice. Gene was preceded in death by his nephew, Ryan Thomas. Gene was always lending a helping hand wherever he saw a need. Even in his death, he helped others by donating his organs to help others in need. Family and friends are invited to gather at McCulla Funeral Home on Monday, August 3rd, from 3-5 & 7-9 pm. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, August 4th at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 3334B University Avenue, Morgantown, WV, at 11 am with Father Robert Perriello as celebrant. Burial will follow at Beverly Hills Cemetery. Online condolences may be extended to the family at www.mcculla.com.
