Obituary of Lou Ann Beard

Lou Ann Beard age 62 of Morgantown passed away Thursday, March 5, 2020 at Mapleshire Nursing Home. She was born July 10, 1957 in Morgantown a daughter of the late Richard Beard and Bessie Rancjik Beard. Lou Ann had worked as a cashier at Hills Department Store. She was also a bingo caller at the American Legion Post and the Granville VFD. Lou Ann was a member of the Westover United Methodist Church and the Westover United Methodist Women. Lou Ann loved playing bingo, video gambling and her cat “Baby”. Lou Ann is survived by her brothers, Warren and Mark Beard, , special aunt Gladys Fata, sister-in-law Gayle Rancjik, special niece Renee Hulvey (Scott) and their children Addison and Waylon, nephews, Adam Beard, Jared Beard, Jesse Beard and Tony Beard, nieces Debbie Doyle and Family, Jennifer Rappa and family and Katie Jagannathan and family and several cousins and friends. Lou Ann was preceded in death by her brother, Ed Rancjik and uncle Johnny Fata. The family request that in lieu of flowers donations may be made to McCulla Funeral Home, 770 Fairmont Rd. Morgantown, WV 26501, to help with funeral expenses. Friends may call at the McCulla Funeral Home, 770 Fairmont Road, Westover on Saturday, March 7, from 11:00 am until the 1:00 pm memorial service with Bishop William Page officiating.
