Obituary of Darlene J. Rose Hartley
Darlene Jewel Rose Hartley passed away on August 8, 2019 at WVU Medicine surrounded by her family and friends Darlene was born in Morgantown on July 24, 1950 and was raised by her grandparents, Albert and Melva Rose.
Darlene worked for various attorneys over the years as a legal secretary, most recently working for the Office of the Judges in Fairmont, WV. Darlene was apostolic by faith.
She is survived by her daughter, Sarah Rivera of Westover; her beloved grandchildren: Anthony Rivera and Harper Bragg; companion Bradley Freeze; cousin Mike Schultz, and special friends: Janice and Ralph Flowers.
In addition to her grandparents, Darlene was preceded in death by her husband: George Robert Hartley.
Friends are invited to gather at McCulla Funeral Home on Monday, August 12, from 6-9 pm and on Tuesday from 10 am until the service that will begin at 11 am. Burial will follow. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.McCulla.com
