Obituary of Shane Christopher Cebulak
Shane Christopher Cebulak, age 31, of Morgantown, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2019. Shane was born in Morgantown, on October 10, 1987, a son of Ronald and Monica Morris Cebulak of Morgantown.
All throughout Shane’s younger years, he was a member of the Laurel Point Comanche 4-H Club where he made life-long friends and where his passion grew for raising and showing cattle, where he won Grand Champion at the State Fair. While in the 4-H club, Shane was a member of the County Livestock Judging Team and the County Shooting Sports Team.
Shane graduated from University High School in 2006 and went on as a student at West Virginia University where he studied Agribusiness Management. He was a member of the Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity.
As his passion grew deeper for cattle, Shane became no stranger to the cattle industry. He continued showing, fitting and clipping all over the United States. Shane had just recently found another new hobby with horses. He loved going to cattle sortings and pennings with his brother.
Shane worked in the food service industry for most of his career as well as in the gas and pipeline industry.
In addition to his parents, Shane is survived by his brother, Chad Michael Cebulak and wife Sarah of Morgantown; maternal grandparents, Ralph and Betty Jo Morris of Westover; paternal grandfather, Ronald Cebulak of Dunbar, PA; his daughter, Makilee Rose Cebulak, his son, Chauncy Arthur Allen Miker; aunt and uncle, Cynthia and Jim Gaspie of Whitehall; and several other family members.
Shane was preceded in death by his parental grandmother, Dolores Jean Cebulak.
