Obituary of Lawrence "Bill" William Toothman

Lawrence William “Bill” Toothman, age 80, of Morgantown, passed away Monday, September 17, 2018, at Ruby Memorial Hospital. Bill was born in Fairmont on October 1, 1937, a son of the late Brutus Harley Toothman and Anna Olive King Toothman.

Bill worked in housekeeping for Mon General for 30 years. In his spare time, he enjoyed books, model cars, coin collecting, and telling stories. He was also a longtime supporter of St. Jude’s Hospital and the Veteran’s Association.

Bill is survived by his nieces, Barbara Long and Marie Shisler; nephew, William Lewis; great nephew, Brandon Long and wife Aysha; great great nephew and niece, Landon and Calie Long; his beloved cat, Dutches; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by 2 sisters and 4 brothers.

Friends may gather at McCulla Funeral Home on Friday, September 21, 2018 from 6-8pm and on Saturday from 10 am until the 11 am funeral service. Burial will follow at Beverly Hills Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.McCulla.com
