Obituary of Mary Louise Miller

Mary Louise Miller, age 88, of Morgantown, passed away on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at River Oaks Nursing Home in Clarksburg, WV. Mary was born in Fairview, WV on April 30, 1930, a daughter of the late G.L. and Tencil Wilson Hammack.

Mary worked for 30 years at Owen Glass Company in Fairmont. She later worked as a cook at First Presbyterian Daycare for 5 years and was Head Cook at the Salvation Army for 2 years.

Mary is survived by her step-daughter; her Aunt Jean Ammons; 2 nieces, 1 nephew, and several cousins; a very special nephew, Clifford Rich who was caretaker to her daily needs; and her close friend, JoAnn Howell and other caring friends.

In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Willis Miller; sister, Virginia Moore; and infant brother, Jackie Hammack.

To honor her wishes, McCulla Funeral Home has provided cremation services and no memorial will take place.
