Obituary of Doris Mascioli

Doris Lee Wiles Mascioli, age 79, of Westover, passed away Saturday, January 20, 2018 at her home. Doris was born in St. George, WV on November 15, 1938, a daughter of the late Bill and Hazel Wiles.

Doris worked for many years in the cafeteria at Ruby Memorial Hospital. She had many hobbies such as, cooking, baking, canning, and gardening. She also enjoyed sewing and crocheting.

Doris is survived by her sisters, Marty Rahfuse of Morgantown and Edith Miller of Wheeling; brothers, Alan Wiles and wife Roberta of Morgantown, Bill Wiles and wife Mary of Buckhannon, and Don Wiles and wife Connie of Washington; her dear friend, Christine Rodrigues, whom she thought of as her daughter along with her children Lillian, Joshua, and Audrianna, whom she thought of as her grandchildren; along with many loving nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Doris was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Mascioli; sisters, Joyce Ratcliff and Carol Leudenburg; and brother, Elmo Dale Wiles and his wife Enid. 

In honoring Doris’s wishes, cremation services were handled by McCulla Funeral Home

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Mary Babb Randolph Cancer Center at PO Box 9300 1 Medical Center Dr. Morgantown, WV 26506.

A memorial service will be held at McCulla Funeral Home on Saturday, February 17th  at 2pm with Pastor Pat Cassidy officiating. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.McCulla.com
