Obituary of Janice T. White

Janice Theresa White, 50, of Wana, WV passed away at home with family by her side on Tuesday, January 30, 2018. Janice was born in Massapequa, New York on August 27, 1967 to Thomas Robert Garrett and Lena Santacroce Garrett of Indian Trail, North Carolina.

Janice spent her life devoted to God and to her family, finding great joy in homeschooling her children and tending to the needs of her household. She reveled in the beauty of God’s word and creation, and focused her family around healthy living, positive relationships, and spiritual growth. Her selfless dedication to the wellbeing of her loved ones, her indomitable strength in the face of adversity, and her steadfast trust in God’s love will go on to continuously inspire all who knew her.    

In addition to her parents, Janice leaves behind her husband of nearly 25 years Donald White; daughters Casey Pulis and her husband David, Sarah White, Rachel White, and Grace White; son Thomas White; her baby grandson whom she loved at first sight, Asher; brothers Robert Garrett, John Garrett, David Garrett, and Thomas Garrett; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Friends are invited to gather in support of the family at McCulla Funeral Home on Friday, February 2 from 11 am until the 1 pm funeral service with Pastors Phil Sena and Jonathan McNair officiating. Interment will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Mt. Morris, PA. Online condolences may be extended to the family at www.mcculla.com.
