Philip Isaac Mullenax, 61, of Diem Dr., Masontown died Friday, November 27, 2015 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born January 1, 1954 in Parsons, a son of the late Luke and Lucy Pifer Mullenax. He was a millwright at Hog Holler Lumber Co. He loved farming, Hunting and fishing. He is survived by his wife, Shelly Renee Maxon Mullenax; two daughters, Lucy Cussin of Parsons and Charity Jones of Morgantown; two sons, Philip B. Mullenax and spouse Christine of Phiippi and Michael Calvin Jones and spouse Crystal of CA; sisters Josie Mullenax and Rena Harper; a brother, Patrick Mullenax; step mother Mary Ann Mullenax; and grandchildren, Remington Mullenax, Randall Yocum, Mackenzie Yocum, D J Cussin, Austin Cussin, Selena Cussin, and Landon Jones.
