Obituary of Sondra Mayle

Sondra Sue Mayle, age 65, of Morgantown, passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at her home surrounded by her family. Sondra was born in Morgantown on August 13, 1951, a daughter of the late Mason and Belma DeWitt Smith.

Sondra attended Emmanuel Baptist Church. Her greatest joy came from taking care of her family and being a loving mother and sister.

Sondra is survived by her son, Tom Mayle; daughter, Emily Ann Mayle; sisters, Beverly Nuce, Kathleen Cale, and Rhonda Marris; and brother, Daniel Smith.

In addition to her parents, Sondra was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence A. Mayle; and infant daughter, Malinda Sue Mayle.

Friends may gather at McCulla Funeral Home on Friday, May 19, from 2-4 & 6-8 pm and on Saturday from 10 am until the 11 am funeral service with Pastor Edward Woods officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.McCulla.com
