Helen Portick Powell, 88, of Morgantown passed away February 11, 2017 at the home of her daughter and son-in-law.
Helen is survived by two daughters, Nancy Wikoff (Howard) of New Jersey and Patti McCauley (Mac) of Morgantown; four grandchildren, Jeremy Wikoff (Jennifer) and Becky Kamer (John) all of New Jersey; and Carrie Yaskoweak and Jessica Ullom (Marcus) of Morgantown; ten great-grandchildren, Andy, Megan, Rhyann, Erin, William, Landon, Marc, Laila, Shelby and Patience; and two great-great-grandchildren, Lucy and Jourdynn.
Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Sheridan (Dick) Powell in 2010.
The family wishes to thank the hospice staff from Amedisys Hospice Care in Morgantown for their assistance during her illness.
