Kenneth Eugene Barnett, age 86, of Morgantown, passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at home. Kenneth was born in Jere on September 19, 1930, a son of the late Grover and Avie Triplett Barnett. Kenneth worked for many years at Western Electric in Staten Island, NY as a maintenance supervisor. In his free time he enjoyed dancing and walking at the coliseum. Kenneth is survived by his sons, Larry Barnett and wife Debbie, Mark Barnett and wife Sandy, and Kenneth Barnett and wife Vicki; a daughter-in-law, Sue Barnett; brother, James Barnett and wife Norma; 9 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Kenneth was preceded in death by his wife Betty Stevens Barnett; son, Paul Eugene Barnett; brothers, Bobby, Frankie, Elmer, and Delmer; sister, Irene; and one granddaughter. Friends may gather at McCulla Funeral Home on Saturday, December 3, 2016 from 10 am until the 12:00 pm funeral service with Rev. Dr. David Spence officiating. Burial will follow at Pisgah Cemetery.
