Cheril Jean Shaffer, 64, of Morgantown passed away on November 24, 2016 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. Cheril was born in St. Louis, Missouri on September 9, 1952 to Paul and Delores Sisler of Morgantown. Cheril devoted her working days to WVU Hospitals; where she worked for 35 years and retired in 2012 as a Station Clerk. Some of her greatest joys were decorating, tending to her numerous flowers, and caring for and spoiling her grandchildren. Cheril is survived by her daughter Loretta Davis and her husband Patrick of Morgantown; her grandchildren Joel Roberts, Hanna Davis, Evan Davis, and Abigail Davis all of Morgantown; sisters Sandra Love of Morgantown and Pamela Sisler of North Carolina; brothers Paul Allen Sisler of Morgantown, Kerry Sisler of Illinois, and Rodney Sisler of Pennsylvania; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Friends are invited to gather in support of the family at McCulla Funeral Home on Sunday, November 27, 2016 from 1-3 & 5-7 pm and on Monday from 10 until the 11 am funeral service with Pastor Dan Meadows officiating. Interment will follow at East Oak Grove Cemetery. Online condolences may be extended to the family at www.mcculla.com
