Rachel Virginia Baker, 58, of Morgantown passed away on November 1, 2016 at her home. Rachel was born in Richmond, VA on May 3, 1958 to the late Raymond Guy Baker and Martha Conaway Baker. Rachel worked at the Morgantown Post Office; where she was very active in the Postal Workers Union. When Rachel wasn’t working, she enjoyed antiquing, spoiling her Newfoundland dogs Marney & Bailey; and spending time with her family. Rachel is survived by her husband, Steven Owens; her son Bradley Owens, both of Morgantown; her brother Daniel Reece Baker of Kentucky; her niece and nephew, Daniel Reece Baker Jr. and Abigail Renee Baker of Kentucky; several cousins she was very close to; and many friends. Friends are invited to gather at McCulla Funeral Home on Saturday, November 5, 2016 from 10 am until the 1 pm funeral service with Pastor Dan Meadows officiating.
