Allen Kent Leone age 51 of Morgantown passed away Sunday, October 23, 2016 at his home following a brief illness. He was born April 13, 1965 in San Diego, CA a son of Gary and Vivian Meeks Leone. Allen was employed as the retail manager at Krogers. He was a true family man, who cherished the time he spent with his family and the vacations they shared. His favorite hobbies were coaching community football and baseball and with his wonderful sense of humor, he made everyone laugh. In addition to his parents Allen is survived by his beloved wife of 25 years Amy Van Metre Leone, the light of his life, his three sons, Chase Leone, Connor Leone and Clay Leone all of Morgantown, two sisters, Stacy Leone-Thompson and Trina Leone-Silva and husband Ernie all of San Diego, his father and mother-in-law, Don and Bonnie Van Metre of Washington, PA, sister-in-law Sheila Van Metre and brother-in-law Dustin Van Metre and many adoring nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the McCulla Funeral Home, 770 Fairmont Road, Morgantown from 4-7 pm Friday and on Saturday from 10:00 am until the 11:00 am funeral service with Pastor Ryan Russell officiating.
