Rachel Toth age 65 of River Road passed away Thursday, September 15, 2016 at her home with her family by her side. She was born February 8, 1951 in Morgantown a daughter of the late Elbert H. Perdue and Irene Minnie Basham Perdue. Rachel spent her adult life as a homemaker, taking care of her family. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Rachel is survived by her husband of 38 years, Richard Toth, two sons, John George of Morgantown and Skip George and wife MaryBeth of Naples, FL, one sister Linda Richman and husband Bill of Romney, WV, one brother, Robert Perdue and wife Ina of Maidsville, grandchildren, Kayla George, John Michale George, Madison George, and Erica George of Florida; sister-in-law Sandra Brown and brother-in-law, Michael Volkin of Romney, WV, nieces, Jill Harris and husband Scott of CA, and Jennifer Jordan and her husband Jamie of Romney, nephews, Kevin Life of Las Vegas, NV and Michael Wayne Toth of Morgantown; and a great-niece Charlotte “Charli” Jordan. Rachel was preceded in death by sister Lena Volkin. Friends may call at the McCulla Funeral Home, 770 Fairmont Road from 3-5 & 7-9 pm on Sunday and on Monday from 10:00 am until the 11:00 am funeral service with Pastor Kenneth Reed officiating.
