Obituary of Jesse Allen Tucker

Jesse A. Tucker, age 56, of Westover, passed away Wednesday August 24, 2016 at Fairmont General Hospital. Jesse was born in Fairmont on December 10, 1959, a son of Rosalie Haggood Shepherd of VA and the late James Tucker.
Jesse worked as a bus driver for Mountain Line Transit and attended Kingdom EMC Church in Westover; he was a former member of the Magnificent Souls in Fairmont. He loved to cook and ride his motorcycle, but his great love was his wife, Vickie, Pooh, and his family.
In addition to his mother, Jesse is survived by his wife of 7 years, Vickie Kelley Tucker; sons, Jesse Williams, Justin Williams, Jarrell Tucker, Jeremy Morton, Joshua Morton, and Jacob Jacques; step daughter, Kellie Linear of St. Louis, MO; and Sarah Buddington, whom he raised as a daughter; sister, Stacy Johnson; brothers, Gregory Tucker, James Tucker, Edward Tucker, and Rodney Shepherd; and grandchildren, Marqez Linear, Deja Davis, Jada Morton, Da’lonte’ Williams, Antonia Tucker, Alonfo Tucker, Autumn Tucker, Casey Jacques, Daniel Jacques Jr., Crista Jacques, Raiden Hunter, Cameron Brock, and Anne Brock. He is also survived by his adopted son, Benjamin “Benji” Clemmons.
In addition to his father, Jesse was preceded in death by his step daughter, Marlana Linear; and grandchildren, Desiree Davis and Bayleigh Linear.
The Magnificent Souls of Fairmont will serve as pallbearers.
Friends may gather at Kingdom Evangelical Methodist Church, 540 Fairmont Road, on Sunday, August 28th from 3-5 & 7-9 pm and on Monday from 10 until the 11 am funeral service with Pastors Melvin Waites and Kevin Cain officiating. Interment will follow at Beverly Hills Cemetery. McCulla Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be extended to the family at www.mcculla.com
