Rhonda L. Gorbey, age 66, graced this world with her presence on August 28, 1957, in Morgantown, WV. She parted from us on February 21, 2024, at Allegheny General Hospital, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and friendliness that will be fondly remembered by all who knew her. Rhonda's early years were spent under the nurturing care of her grandparents, Thomas and Hazel Gorbey. She blossomed into a devoted mother to her sons, Brian DeBiase (Tiffany) and Billy DeBiase (Trish), and was the adoring matriarch to eleven grandchildren who lit up her life. Rhonda's significant other, Alton Myers, Jr., her supportive companion, also survives her. Together, they built a world filled with love and shared interests. Professionally, Rhonda dedicated herself to her role as a housekeeping manager, bringing her intrinsic caring nature to her workplace. A lover of life's simple joys, she relished in antiquing and gardening. Her passion for animals was immense, and she found peace in the serene landscapes of the Amish Country. Friends may gather at McCulla Funeral Home on Sunday, February 25, 2024 from 1-6pm and again on Monday from 10 am until the 11 am funeral service. Burial will follow at Beverly Hills Cemetery.
