Mary Virginia Warnick Morris, 96, of Grantsville MD, formerly of Morgantown, passed away July 24, 2023 at the Goodwill Mennonite Home. Mary was born on July 25, 1926 in Monongah, a daughter of the late George and Cora Taylor Warnick. Mary was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mary also was an avid bowler, when able, you could find her at the bowling alley at least 3 times a week. Mary is survived by her granddaughter, Virginia Tressler of Grantsville MD; her grandson, Ethan Morris of Rhode Island; great grandchildren, Kyllie Bebout, Jessica Bebout, and Katelynn Keener; and great great grandson, Jeremiah James Johnson. In addition to her parents, Mary was also preceded in death by her husband, Clyde W. Morris; her daughter, Mary Maxine Morris-Robinson; her son, Mark Warren Morris; and several brothers and sisters. Friends may gather at McCulla Funeral Home, 770 Fairmont Road, Westover on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm and again on Thursday from 10 am until the 11 am service time with Pastor Kevin Cain officiating.
