Mike
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your daughters and family at this time.
I always enjoyed working with Ann at Mon Gen. She was a great CRNA. Kind, compassionate, knowledgeable. She always had a warm smile and kind words to all. She was a positive, upbeat spirit. A smile will come to my face when I think of her and the positive effect she had on the lives of so many others.

Ann’s clinical skills, her ready smile, and her ornery sense of humor. made the operating room a joy to work in.

Ann was always kind to everyone. No one was a stranger or ever left out when she was in the room. She welcomed my husband and I at our first anesthesia job at Mon General. When I was pregnant with my first child I went into labor when Jason was on call. She came right over and took his place on call so he would be able to be with me. That is just the person that Ann was. Always thinking of everyone and making the day better. I will miss her friendship and laughter. Love you Ann!

Ann was a fantastic mentor and teacher of anesthesia. She taught me that the time spent with our patient prior to anesthesia was vitally important. We will always remember her fondly with love and admiration.

Mike, Meghan and Morgan
It was a true pleasure meeting Ann several years ago at the Mt Morris Sportsmen's Club. Ann was so easy to talk with, her beautiful smile and laughter was infectious. She was a person you could spend all day getting to know. I was truly blessed to meet and get those few chances to talk with her. I knew my mom was in good hands one morning at the hospital when Ann walked into to prep her for surgery. She had a gentleness about her and kept my mother assured all was going to be ok. I never forgot that.
Mike, I know there are no words to ease the pain, just know we are thinking of you and praying for your strength each day.
Meghan and Morgan, I don't have to tell you what a wonderful mom you both had for you already know, continue to make her proud and not to worry, for she will be watching over both of you as she is forever in your hearts!

I met Ann at Mon General when I was working for NAPS as a Locum CRNA. I think it was in 2009. She greeted me with a Big Hug. I have two children and my oldest daughter is also named Morgan. We immediately formed a friendship that lasted throughout the years. While the majority of our communication was via Facebook and written, anytime she saw me she would greet me with a Big Hug and that infectious Smile. I will miss you, Ann. I will keep Morgan and Meghan and your entire family in my prayers.

My deepest condolences to Mike and Ann's daughters. I have such fond memories of Ann from the years I lived in Morgantown, and was fortunate to have been her friend. What a wonderful person, always a smile and a laugh, probably one of the most upbeat people I've known. Fly with the Angels Ann....

Every morning before ore cases starte Ann and I along with a few other CRNAs would have our mourning coffee. We laughed, we shared stories, we bragged on our families, we vented, we picked each others brains and became friends. Ann was a lovely kind and compassionate person and we clicked as only two Italian girls could. I miss here smile. Kaye Swiger

I loved working with Ann at Mon General. We had many good conversations about work, kids, life, marriage. You name it. I miss seeing her smiling face in the operating room. One thing for sure was that her patient was her main concern. Ann will surely be missed by all her knew and loved her.

I had the privilege and pleasure to work with Ann at Ruby Memorial. She always had a smile on her face and a kind word to whomever she encountered. She was a woman of great Faith and treasured her family immensely. She will forever be in my heart and in my thoughts. I know that even in this moment she is smiling sweetly down from Heaven and watching over us all.
