Edward Murrell Lemley, age 83 of Morgantown passed away Saturday, April 8, 2023 at Mon Medical Center. Edward was born December 5, 1939 in Georgetown a son of the late William Lemley and Goldie Davis Lemley.
Edward worked at several gas stations and enjoyed bluegrass music. He also attended Snyder Chapel Church.
Edward is survived by his daughter, Karen Bradner; son, Eddie Lemley; step daughter, Donna Clarke; step son, Mike Peterson; grandchildren, Wendy Owen and Lisa Lewis; sister, Pauline Jackson; brother, George Lemley; and several nieces and nephews.
Edward was preceded in death by his step-daughter, Barbara Carr; sisters, Wilma Massie, Betty Lemley, Leola Davis, Jean Sewash, and Wanda Sue Ann Kiger; and brothers, William J. Lemley Jr., Joseph E. Lemley, and Charles Lemley.
Friends may call at the McCulla Funeral Home, 770 Fairmont Road, Westover from 3-6 pm Tuesday, April 11, 2023 and again on Wednesday from 10:00 am until the 11:00 am funeral service. Burial will follow at Arnettsville Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.McCulla.com.
