Nellie Louise Krushansky Nels passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2023. Nellie was born June 19, 1922in Farmington, WV a daughter of the late Louis Krushansky and Clara Bozinsky Krushansky of Warsaw Poland. Nellie was a cook for thirty-five years for the Monongalia County Schools and then retired to take care of her great and great great grandchildren. Nellie is survived by her daughter, Linda Solomon Orinick and Nick Orinick, grandchildren: Pamela Orinick Hunt, and Angela Orinick and Jay Lattanzi, great grandchildren: Alexandrea Orinick, Ashley and Ryan Nickelson, Daniel (Courtney) Hunt, Bailie Hunt, and Jocelyn Orinick, great great grandchildren: Lakyn McCormick, Raygen Nickelson, Ella Hunt & Cole Hunt, and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Nellie was preceded in death by her husband Edward Nels, brothers, Benny B. Krushansky, Walter Krushansky, Louis Krushansky, Charles Krushansky and Henry Krushansky, and sisters, Ann Krushansky Gentile and Blanche Krushansky. Friends may call at the McCulla Funeral Home, 770 Fairmont Road, Westover, from 4-8 pm Friday and on Saturday at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 1 Guthrie Lane from 10:00 AM until the 11:00 AM Mass of Christian Burial with Msgr.
