James William Cordray Jr., 75, of Maidsville, passed away, Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at Encompass Medical Center. Born October 15, 1947 in Morgantown, he is the son of the late James Sr. and Eva Hunt Cordray.
James is a U.S. Navy Veteran and retired from Department of Highways. James enjoyed scuba diving, traveling, 4 wheeling, his camper and had a love for trucks.
James is survived by his daughter, Emily Thewlis (Charles) of Westover; son, Brent Cordray of Morgantown; sisters, Ollie Cordray and Becky Barabe; and granddaughters, Zoey and Haley Thewlis.

Friends may gather at McCulla Funeral Home, 770 Fairmont Road, Westover, on Saturday, November 26, 2022 from 10 am until the 12 pm service time with Pastor Stacy Chrise-Tritt officiating.
