Obituary of Bryan Duane Stevens

Bryan (FM) Duane Stevens, 26 of Mannington, formally of Morgantown, passed away at WVU Ruby Memorial Hospital surrounded by family after a short battle with cancer. He was born in Morgantown on January 12, 1996. Bryan is survived by his wife Marysa Stevens and son, Lawson Stevens. In addition to his wife and son, Bryan is survived by his dad, Bryan Stevens and mom, Brandi Stevens, as well as his mother Amy Moran and stepfather Dustin Moran. He is also survived by brother Gunner Stevens; sister, Berna Stevens-Toedt and husband Gabriel; brother Hayden Stevens; father and father-in-law Sam and Chrissy Gray; sister-in-law Lexi Gray; brother-in-law Cody Gray and wife Cheyenne; brother-in-law Derek Hayes; one nephew Asher and his niece Emmlynn. Bryan was proceeded in death by his grandparents Barbara and Kenneth Stevens and Grandfather Pete Norberg. Bryan graduated from Pickens High school in Randolph County in 2014. After high school, Bryan followed his dream of becoming a mechanic, where he was most recently employed at Freedom Kia. Bryan had a smiled that could light up a room, he was always having fun and making people laugh. He was voted class clown in high school. He had a deep love and passion for music, his favorite bands were Metallica, Five Finger Death Punch and The Amity Affliction who is most recently saw in concert with his brother Gunner. Bryan also enjoyed playing video games, playing his guitar and hanging out with family and friends. Bryan was a dedicated husband to his loving wife Marysa, who he married on June 11, 2021. He was a devoted father to their son Lawson Dean Stevens, who was born on April 13, 2022. Lawson was Bryan’s pride and joy. Bryan also leaves behind his special fur baby Tank. Following Bryans wishes for cremation, services have been provided. There will be a memorial service set at a later date. Online condolences can be extended to the family at mcculla.com
