Donna Shirline Raley, 83, of Morgantown passed away on July 5, 2022. Donna was born in Arthurdale, WV, the youngest, and last surviving of her 9 siblings, born to Cecil Radcliff and Zay Ott Radcliff. Donna worked for some time at Sterling Faucet and also as a manager at Foodland, but spent the majority of her life as a homemaker, tending to the needs of her family. Donna was a wonderful wife, mother, and especially grandmother and great-grandmother, who enjoyed doting on her family and their accomplishments. She enjoyed cooking, canning, and spending time with her family. Donna is survived by her husband of 66 years, Bill Raley; daughter: Patricia & Guy Shelledy of Morgantown; sons: Bill & Mary Raley of Berlin, MD, Randy & Joni Raley of Duncansville, PA, and Tim & Christine Raley of Panama City, FL; grandchildren: Ashley & Johnny Harrison, Devon Raley, Starla Beck, Jay Shelledy, Alex Shelledy, Kayla Raley, Kacie Raley, Emma Tyler, and Ethan Tyler. Also surviving are four great grandchildren: Jada, Amelia, Cassidy, Henry. The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thanks to Amedisys Hospice, including: Carla, Misty, Emily, Dianna, Helena, Jason, Sara, Robin, Sharlyn, and all of those who helped behind the scenes with the care of Donna. The care and compassion shown to Donna and her family in their time of need was wonderful. The family would also like to extend their appreciation to Maria, Miles, Luke, and all of the people behind the scenes at Tropics for the wonderful food and service they received during their funeral reception.
